A fiduciary wealth architect who has led soldiers, built businesses, and understands that protecting what you’ve earned requires the same rigor as building it.
Founder & Managing Principal
Aldor Capital exists because the best financial minds most clients could access were never coordinating with each other. Tax strategies disconnected from investment decisions. Estate plans that ignored business equity. Benefits packages worth hundreds of thousands, left unoptimized. The problem was never access to advisors — it was that no one was engineering the whole.
Angel Santiago built this firm to fix that: a fee-only, fiduciary wealth management practice where every component of a client’s financial life is coordinated as a single, integrated system. No commissions. No proprietary products. No conflicts of interest.
The conviction behind that model was forged long before Aldor existed.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Angel studied Systems Decision Sciences — the discipline of solving complex, high-stakes problems through structured thinking and integrated analysis. As a Field Artillery officer in the United States Army, he led soldiers, platoons, and organizations where the margin for error was zero and the cost of fragmented thinking was real. That experience produced one conviction that has driven everything since: outcomes are determined by the quality of the system, not the intensity of the effort.
After service, Angel built and operated multiple companies simultaneously — across logistics, franchise operations, and executive advisory. He has been the founder with capital at risk. The operator making six-figure decisions without perfect information. The business owner evaluating an exit with no roadmap. He brings that operational reality to every client engagement, because he has lived the exact complexity his clients are navigating.
Angel holds the Series 65 licensure and operates from Savannah, Georgia.
